Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital is seeking an RN II for the Med Surg/Tele Unit to deliver direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate with physicians, unit leadership, and co-workers about changes in patient status, monitor hemodynamics, review test results, and respond quickly to evolving conditions and treatment outcomes. CA RN license required, BLS certification, and 1 year acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
• BSN preferred
• License/Certifications: Current CA RN license
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year acute care experience

Responsibilities

• As an RN II in the Med Surg/Tele Unit, you will provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Your role is to communicate with physicians/Nursing Unit Director/Charge Nurses/co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition.
• This includes hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
• The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
