Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to join our patient-centered care team in Joplin, AR. You will apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments to support seamless treatment plans.

You will be accountable for nursing care, uphold Mercy Service Standards, and contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN education: Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• License: Current RN license in the state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
