Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a part-time night RN to join the ICU Step Down unit (32 beds) serving neuro, medical, and surgical patients with stroke center capabilities. You will provide direct patient care, monitor high-acuity patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

A nursing degree from an accredited school and an active RN license are required. BSN is preferred; ADN is acceptable. BLS certification is required to join Mercy's compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (or eligible for compact licensure).
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred, ADN acceptable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to high-acuity neuro/medical/surgical patients on a 32-bed ICU Step Down unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and quality care.
