Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in our care settings. You will collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, uphold patient autonomy and dignity, and support education and prioritization efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient appropriately based on medical condition.
• Administers ordered medications as prescribed.
• Provides age-appropriate care including basic self-care activities.
• Formulates and evaluates a teaching plan with family involvement.
