Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking an ICU nurse to provide direct patient care in a complex ICU environment in Colorado. The role emphasizes adherence to the nursing process and delivering high-quality clinical practice.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes, while precepting and supporting new staff. The ICU orientation includes ongoing education and simulation-based training to maintain competency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (or equivalent for less than 3 years experience).
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Certification in BLS through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.
