Memorial Hermann Cypress is seeking dynamic ICU nurses for a 20-bed unit with 24/7 hospitalist coverage. You will deliver professional nursing care, perform assessments, and support patients and families in a closely connected, flexible, and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process and collaborate with the physician and healthcare team.
• Conduct nursing assessments, assist with exams and treatments, provide patient education, and maintain medical records.
• Support ICU patients in a 20-bed unit with 24/7 hospitalist coverage, contributing to a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

• RN I < 1 year
• RN II = 1-3 years
• RN III = 3-10 years
• RN IV = 10+ years
• Effective oral and written communication skills
