Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle within our established protocols. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining high standards of practice and coordinating care across the team.

The position requires GA state licensure as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support. Previous hospital experience is preferred, with new graduates welcome to apply for appropriate roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Qualifications:

Work Experience

• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
