Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Boise’s ICU units, where you’ll work 12-hour night shifts. This role is perfect for experienced ICU RNs ready to take on a variety of critical care cases, from neuro emergencies like CVA and hemorrhages to cardiac issues such as STEMI and postoperative care after open-heart surgeries. You’ll manage complex patient needs, including titrated drips of medications like dopamine, epi, and insulin. Two years of ICU experience is required, and familiarity with similar-sized units is preferred. While advanced procedures like ECMO are not part of the job, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team, including in-house intensivists, respiratory therapists, and resource nurses. Expect a fast‑paced, rewarding environment focused on patient stabilization and recovery, with comprehensive orientation to get you up to speed quickly. Your shift involves working overnight, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, and some weekend and holiday work is required. Float options include other local ICUs, providing a variety of critical care experiences within the Boise medical community.
