Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to cardiac and critical care patients on ICU/CCU.
• Perform continuous patient assessment, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring as needed.
• Respond rapidly to patient condition changes and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients' families and care team.
