Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology units. This full-time role includes night shifts (3x12s) and opportunities for growth within a leading Texas health system.

Dedicated to learning, mentoring, and patient-centered care, the team supports a collaborative environment with pharmacists, palliative care, and strong governance. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience; BMT experience strongly desired.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, expert nursing care for Bone Marrow Transplant and oncology patients.
• Monitor high-acuity patients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Uphold patient safety, collaborate with pharmacists, and maintain bedside documentation.
