Qualifications

Description:Conglomerate ICU unit with medical, surgical, and cardiovascular cases.Experience with TAVR, CABG, CVA, respiratory distress, TNK, GIB, DKA, CEA, sepsis, fem pop, thoracotomy, vent management, HFNC, TTM, IABP, Impella, CRRT, STEMI, HF, hypoxic respiratory failure, CHF, and pneumonia is required.Candidates must possess the ability to manage complex patient scenarios effectively.Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement skills are essential for this role.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is expected.
