Job summary

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

You will deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process, assess patient conditions, develop care plans, implement interventions, collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families about treatments and discharge planning, supervise staff, and promote safety in a compassionate healing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
