CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler, TX invites newly licensed RNs to apply for a comprehensive GN residency program starting December 2026. New graduates will join a one-year development track with onboarding, clinical rotations, and a dedicated preceptor to build confidence and competence in patient care.

During the residency you will complete orientation, participate in progressive skill training, and join a faith-based team committed to professional growth and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduated from accredited RN School of Nursing.

CHRISTUS provides a one year developmental and on-boarding residency programto help newly licensed registered nurses obtain the skills and confidence necessary for providing high-quality patient care through evidence-based training and critical thinking alongside our recognized professionals.

Each new graduate who joins the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances team will be enrolled in a comprehensive orientation and assigned to a preceptor. Your personal preceptor will be in your home unit and will support you through the program and guide you through a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments. You will also complete a mandatory one-year GN residency. Requirements:
