Northeast Georgia Health System in Braselton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient care team. The role focuses on delivering direct, safe nursing care to complex patients and coordinating plan of care on a shift-by-shift basis.

The ideal candidate will have Georgia RN licensure, ADN or diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience; a BSN is preferred. You will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, quality councils, and shared governance to improve patient outcomes and staff

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required.
• ADN or Diploma required.
• 1 year of RN experience or meets experience requirements at hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients across shifts.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and transitions.
• Support shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Formation

Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma

Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia

BSN preferred
