Job summary

Select Medical in Battle Creek, MI seeks a House Supervisor- RN to lead night shifts and oversee staffing and patient care in a dynamic post-ICU setting. You will supervise a dedicated team, coordinate clinical operations, and ensure adherence to policy while supporting patients and families during critical recovery.

Position: House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week 7pm to 7am

Sign-on bonus: $15,000.00

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License


• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.


• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.


• BSN is preferred.
