Job summary

Munson Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in northern Michigan's largest healthcare system. You will work in a collaborative team environment and play a crucial role in evaluating staffing patterns and supporting performance improvement programs.

A Day in the Life

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team

Recordand evaluatestaffing patterns for all inpatient nursingunitseach shift

Assistin development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and services

Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.

Evaluateneedfor immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available.
