Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a RN (Operating Room) to join Nemours Children's Hospital. Three 12-hour shifts, 6:45pm–7:15am, with a weekend rotation and holiday call with a 30-minute response time.

The hospital features a 100-bed pediatric unit and dedicated 24-hour ED designed for kids, with specialized outpatient clinics and family-centered care. Active Florida RN license required, ASN, and pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license required.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred).
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience; pediatric specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for pediatric patients.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety in the OR.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and scrub staff to support procedures.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
