Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process within an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive patient care. The role includes administering medications, documenting care, performing assessments, and executing patient plans of care with patient/family instruction.
Licensure as an RN in the state of practice is required, with CPR/BLS within 90 days and unit-specific certifications as needed. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines)
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per unit requirements. For example : ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
