Job summary

Adoration Health in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an experienced RN Hospice Team Manager to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. This full-time role requires strong leadership and communication to deliver high-quality end-of-life care.

The RN Clinical Supervisor will review referrals, develop care plans, lead case conferences, and participate in hiring and training. Licensure in state and CPR certification required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN degree preferred or NLN-accredited program completion.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice/home care.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile in good working order.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Support and guide clinical staff during home visits and case reviews.
• Develop patient care plans and set treatment goals.
• Lead team case conferences to ensure coordinated care.
• Perform chart audits and provide quality feedback.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and staff training.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Contribute to policy development and uphold professional standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote hospice services.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
• Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
