Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a local chief executive agent to lead operations, services, and staff in a dynamic home health setting. You will drive community care, ensure daily operational execution, and partner with leadership to advance quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The role requires an associate degree in a health-related field, two years of supervisory experience, and strong technology skills for mobile devices and health tech.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in a health related field and two years' as a manager or supervisor.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in compliance policies.
• Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent. Lead the local provider(s) to care for the community and contribute to the overall success of the company. Ensure daily execution of operations, manage services, personnel performance, and office management.
