Job summary

AdvisaCare in Flint seeks a Registered Nurse Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in the Flint office. You will oversee client and field staff visits, ensure DOH-compliant documentation, and coordinate patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active MI RN license, has hospice or palliative care experience, and is prepared to travel within our coverage area. This role offers growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan State Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year of Hospice experience preferred.
• TB test, CPR certification and clear background check.
• Willingness to travel within main coverage area.
• Detail oriented with strong charting and DOH compliant paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and field personnel.
• Perform assessment and care planning for patients in hospice care.
• Oversee medication setup and reconciliation.
• Conduct supervisory nurse visits and DOH-compliant documentation.
• Travel within coverage area as needed to support cases.
• Collaborate with team to advocate for patient needs.

AdvisaCare is seeking a strong Registered Nurse Hospice Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Flint office location. Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents.

Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in office, but the need for assistance with occasional staffing cases will be required if needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done by the Clinical Supervisor routinely.
