Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled registered nurses to provide 1:1 home health care, delivering care in patients' homes with a focus on safety and quality. Offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments and meaningful caregiver relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
