Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed RNs with recent pediatric experience to join our team for 8-12 hour shifts in home-based care. You will provide skilled 1:1 nursing in patients' homes, delivering care with a manageable pace and consistent assignments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
