Job summary

Maxim Home Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality home health care. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care in patients' homes, educating families and coordinating with a clinical manager.

The role includes wound care, trach and vent management, and medication administration, with supportive training and a flexible schedule. We offer weekly pay, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive health coverage, and a dedicated clinical manager available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with wound care, trachs, GTubes, catheters, and vent management.

Responsibilities

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, trachs, Gtubes, Catheters, Vents, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate our patient’s needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special request of their families.
