VNA Health Group is hiring a Staff Nurse Homecare to deliver in-home nursing care across Sayreville, NJ. You will start with a two-week orientation, learn our EMR, safety protocols, and compassionate care practices, and then assess patients with complex needs to create personalized plans.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with clinicians and external providers, and document progress to reflect changes in health status, while traveling to patient homes with your own vehicle.

Competenze

• RN with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus if homecare).
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with technology and EMR systems.
• Reliable car and valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking for in You:

We’re searching for a nurse who’s not only skilled but also compassionate and motivated to help patients achieve their health goals. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, we want to hear from you.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare!).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – you’ll be guiding and educating patients and families.
• Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and using digital tools to enhance patient care.
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license – you’ll be traveling to patient homes, so your own transportation is key.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.
• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients.
• You’ll be making a direct impact through client and customer contact, so your presence is invaluable.
