Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Infusion & Skilled Nursing Opportunities in North Houston & The Woodlands, TX

We're currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits throughout North Houston, The Woodlands, and surrounding communities. As an RN providing home infusion and skilled nursing services, you'll deliver individualized patient care based on physician orders and each patient's unique healthcare needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, infusion therapy administration, vascular access management, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs.

Your knowledge and clinical judgment help patients safely receive advanced treatments in the comfort of their own homes while supporting improved outcomes, greater independence, and a better quality of life.

Qualified candidates must possess an active Texas RN license, current CPR/BLS certification, strong peripheral IV skills, and experience providing infusion therapy. Experience with PICC lines, ports, midlines, peripheral IVs, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred.
