Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Colorado is seeking a Full-time RN for weekend coverage to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The role requires Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible scheduling within a weekend shift.

You will educate patients and families, perform services per physician orders and the plan of care, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-quality home-based care.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where practicing.
• At least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full-time weekend ]RN position.

Flexible scheduling, but Saturday and Sunday are required.

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
