Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a PRN Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes within a designated region. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interprofessional team, promoting respectful, culturally sensitive care.

The position typically involves Monday–Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm with holiday rotation, and requires working a minimum of two full shifts in a six-week period.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Home Health with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
