Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to administer skilled visits in clients' homes, following physician orders and care plans under Branch Director supervision.

The RN will educate clients and families, collaborate with the health care team, and adapt to a flexible schedule while ensuring quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state you intend to work.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• RN must understand home health care delivery issues and be able to solve problems.
• Flexible work schedule ability.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled care visits to clients in accordance with physician orders and plan of care, under supervision of Branch Director.
• Teaches client, family, and health care team members as part of care delivery.

Responsibilities

Our PRN Registered Nurse (RN) administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the client, family, and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

• 1. Musthold a current and unencumberedRegisteredNursing License in the state which you intend to work.2.Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.3.RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.4. Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Requirements:1. Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
