Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States seeks a licensed professional to administer skilled care to patients in the home and to educate patients and families as part of the care team. You will follow physician orders and the established plan of care (POC) to deliver intermittent services.

Candidates should be licensed in their state, a graduate of an approved clinical education program, and have at least one year of professional experience, along with basic tech skills including a

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
