• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to residence state within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
