Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
• Valid Ohio Driver's license upon hire.
• Proof of $100,000/$300,000 automobile insurance coverage upon hire.
• One year of current experience as an RN.
• One year of experience in an acute Medical/Surgical or Home Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Perform accurate and complete admission assessments.
• Assess patients for safety risks, abuse and neglect.
• Serve as a primary coordinator for patient care.
• Manage patients’ pain through assessment and documentation.
