Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Home Health position. The role supports adult home health care with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule and no weekend commitments in the standard rotation.

Must hold an active RN license, BLS, and have at least one year of home health experience. OASIS training is required; vaccination for COVID-19 and flu is required with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in home health settings.
• Coordinate with patients and families for care plans.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00; some holidays and weekends in rotation.
