Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager in Chattanooga, TN. You will lead a team of nurses and clinicians, oversee patient care plans, ensure quality and compliance, and drive evidence-based improvements in a 1:1 home setting.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive leadership team, with opportunities for clinical education, leadership development, and career progression in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and active in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years clinical experience with at least one year in management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings and oversee improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Branch Director on quality activities and corrective actions.
• Oversee surveys/audits related to quality of care KPIs with leadership support.
• Complete chart reviews to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Hold case conferences to ensure coordination of services and standards of care.
• Develop and monitor performance improvement actions based on data.
• Ensure staff evaluations are fair and timely per company procedures.
