Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled licensed professional to deliver in-home nursing care across Florida. You will administer skilled services, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to implement the physician-ordered POC.

Requirements include graduation from an approved clinical education program, Florida licensure, at least 1 year of licensed experience, and CPR certification. A reliable vehicle and driver's license are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in Florida to practice.
• Minimum of one year experience as a licensed professional.
• CPR certification for healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients in the home setting per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients, families, and the care team to ensure understanding and adherence to the care plan.
• Provide services according to physician orders and established plan of care (POC).

Responsibilities

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
