Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a PRN Home Health role in Cincinnati, OH. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care in the patient’s home, building trust and promoting independence.

You’ll lead care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and leverage technology to document and optimize outcomes while upholding the highest standards of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

As a Home Health RN, you will:

Job Requirements

**This is a PRN Position**

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
• Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management
• abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
