Providence at Home with Compassus
As a Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required. Current CPR certification required.
Required - Associate's Degree Nursing. Required - 1 year Professional nursing experience. Preferred - Home Health field experience. Preferred - IV and Central Line experience. Preferred - Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.
Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed). Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed).
The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential.
