As the Registered Nurse you will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. You will coordinate total plans of care with other health care professionals to achieve continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physicians, agency personnel, patients, families, and community resources.
Pay ranges from $34.05 to $51.10 per hour based on full-time employment. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
