• Evaluation—Evaluate progress toward goals and report outcomes to physician or other disciplines.
• Implementation—Provide and supervise care per plan of care and safety standards.
• Knowledge—Pursue required knowledge and skills through unit-based education and readings.
• Other duties—Assist with overall operations of the agency.
• Outcomes Identification—Identify expected outcomes and contribute to client care planning.
• Participation—Join Health System committees and regular utilization reviews.
• Therapeutic procedures—Perform treatments and documented progress as ordered.
