Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced RN for the Healthcare Transformation Collaborative. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, with hours 8am – 5:30 pm, and involves travel to partner facilities.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The ideal candidate has at least one year of staff nurse experience and current Illinois license, CPR, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and guides supervision of nursing personnel.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate delivery of nursing care.
• Maintains competency reflective of current standards practice.
• Interacts with peers to support professional development.
• Promotes safety measures to prevent patient and staff injuries.
• Guides and supervises staff in provision of patient care.
• Documents thoroughly and timely.
