Job summary

Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Pagosa Springs, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. Full-time or part-time shifts; night shifts available.

Deliver compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing setting and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document care, mentor LPNs and CNAs, and help create a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical skills and passion for resident-centered care
• A team player who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice
• Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes appropriately
• Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Mentor, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs
• Help create a positive, patient-centered environment where residents feel cared for and respected
