You will assess patients holistically, create and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate families, and document care in the medical record while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• RN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; routinely evaluate and revise plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care and documentation of outcomes.
