Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• One year of experience as a professional RN (new grads referred to RN Residency Program).
• Strong communication and teamwork to support patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients across shifts.
• Document nursing care and patient responses in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and safety.
