Red Cliffs Health and Rehab in St George, UT, is hiring a dedicated registered nurse for a full-time role. You will work 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, three days per week, delivering high-quality long-term and rehabilitation care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Effective communication is essential.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care laws/regulations.

Responsabilités

• Order medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer treatments/medications as ordered by the physician.
• Notify physician and/or family when there is a change in resident's condition.
• Administer nursing care such as tube feeds, suction, catheterization, dressings, packs and irrigations.
