American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Monticello Healthcare to join our care team on 2nd/3rd shifts. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and build meaningful connections with residents and families.

A $12k sign-on for full-time RNs and $8k for full-time LPNs are available, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth. Applicants must hold a valid Indiana RN license, demonstrate strong medication management, and document resident

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
