Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN or LPN clinical experience.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at patients' homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care.
• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submissions.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigations.
