Job summary

Benedictine in Wisconsin La Crosse is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The RN will perform assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

The RN develops and implements care plans, administers medications, and educates residents, families, and caregivers. An active RN license is required, with strong communication skills and English proficiency essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong assessment, care planning, interventions, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and English reading/writing abilities.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide knowledge of medications and ensure correct administration.
