Job summary

Qualifications

• RN required with current state license; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients including assessment, treatment, care planning and evaluation.
• Obtain patient consent and document health history, vital signs and health risk factors.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response; educate patients and families.
• Document patient data in medical records and participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care.
