Join our team as a full‑time RN - Registered Nurse! Pay starts at $32.50 per hour, grows with experience. A $25,000 sign‑on bonus is paid ($12,500 after 60 days). Shifts are 12 hours, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., rotating weekly hours of 36 and 48, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents and families, other interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care, demonstrating competency and practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge. The RN cares for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, coordinating care, conducting assessments, educating residents, and performing various nursing interventions. The RN may serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate, and support the safe administration of resident care while resolving care and service concerns.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred) including but not limited to CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Must obtain and maintain required departmental competencies and certifications.
