Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active state nursing license is required.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to access and enter clinical data using a computer terminal.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in patient treatment and complete related clinical paperwork.
• Provide professional nursing care and communicate with patients, families and staff.
• Operate clinic equipment and follow Mercy policies in a compassionate, Christian-valued environment.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Current valid state license

CPR certification (within 90 days of employment)
